At Kiddie Krafts, we strive to deliver high-quality products that bring joy and creativity to your children’s lives. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand the circumstances under which returns and replacements are accepted.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

If you receive an item that is significantly different from what was shown in our pictures or videos.

If any item arrives damaged, provided it is reported within the stipulated time (see below).
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect usage, or general dissatisfaction unless the product is not as described.
2. Reporting Damaged Items
If your order contains any damaged or broken items:

You must notify us within 1 day of receiving the parcel.

Please provide clear picture or video evidence of the damage.

Damaged items will be picked up from your address by our logistics partner (where applicable).

Only the damaged item(s) from the box will be replaced — not the entire box or order.
3. Items Not as Described
If you receive a product or box that is completely different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong product or design):

We will arrange free pickup of the incorrect product.

The entire box or order will be replaced with the correct one at no extra cost to you.
4. Conditions for Replacement

The item(s) being returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Replacements will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement if the damage appears to be caused by misuse or mishandling.
5. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer monetary refunds unless we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.

If a refund is approved (in rare cases), it will be issued via the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
6. Shipping Costs

All replacement shipping costs for eligible cases (damaged, incorrect items) will be covered by Kiddie Krafts.

For any returns not covered by our policy, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
